4. Laugh

Laughing is healthy – and it has been scientifically proven. It is the best therapy for your general wellness, for both body and your mind. Laughing increases the oxygen supply to the brain and endorphins are released. This strengthens the immune system and stimulates digestion. You immediately appear much friendlier to yourself. So try to think of cheerful things more often. A quick “Ha Ha” doesn’t count, however, and only a long repeated laugh has any real impact. We naturally find laugh lines attractive! Many people even turn to laugh-yoga.
